How do I buy a piece from the website?
It's really easy - select the option/s you desire from the drop-down menu on the product page (ie: metal, size etc where applicable) and press the 'ADD TO CART' button. When you've finished adding your chosen pieces to the shopping cart, click on the 'Checkout' button at the top of the website and proceed with payment. We currently accept payments via PayPal, as it's safe and secure (and you don't need a PayPal account to make the payment). Most pieces are made to order and each one is carefully hand finished and then hallmarked, so please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery. Occasionally, the piece you are ordering may be in stock, in which case delivery times will be 1-3 days within the UK. Import tax, duty etc when buying from outside the UK is the buyer's responsibility - please be aware of this before purchasing.

I love this piece but would prefer different stones/metal/finish. Is this possible?

How should I look after my piece?
Keep pieces stored separately to avoid scratches. Do not wear the pieces around water. You can remove any tarnishing with a soft cleaning cloth, but it's generally best to avoid using any cleaning products on them.
IMPORTANT: The designs of some of the pieces are pointy and must be handled with care at all times. They are designed to be beautiful wearable works of art for special occasions and due to their shapes, most pieces are not recommended for everyday wear. Please be careful and responsible with the pieces. None of the items being sold by ARCANIQUE are toys and are to be kept away from children.

What size ring should I buy?
The sizes of the pieces will vary every so slightly as each one is carefully hand finished. Approximate ring sizes available will be displayed on the product pages - due to the unusual shapes, these are approximate sizes! A size 'T' for example may be classed as 'large' and could be ever so slightly smaller or larger. Click here for an accurate ring size measurement chart to judge the approximate size you would need.
